About Lainz Constructions
Building From Gravelly Beach Since 2010
We've been working on homes since 2010. From our base in Gravelly Beach, we serve Launceston, building new homes as well as renovating and extending existing ones. Our work at Lainz Constructions also includes roofing, decks, patios and pergolas.
That range of work reflects the different reasons people contact a builder. You might need another room, want to update a bathroom or have a roof that needs attention. We begin with what matters to you and the property, rather than treating every enquiry as the same job.
We value straightforward communication. Contact us by phone or email, tell us about the work and we'll prepare a quote based on the proposed project. If you'd like to build or make changes at home, we'd welcome your enquiry.
