New Homes and Changes to the Home You Have
At Lainz Constructions, we're builders in Launceston, creating new homes and improving existing properties. We've operated since 2010 from our base in Gravelly Beach. Our work ranges from bathroom updates to extensions, with roofing and outdoor construction also part of our services.
If you're starting with a block of land, our new home builds give you the opportunity to shape the space around your household. For an existing property, renovations and extensions offer ways to change the layout or add room. We also carry out metal roofing and roof repairs for homes that need attention overhead.

From the Roof to the Backyard
The rooms inside are only part of a home. A deck outside the living area can give you somewhere to eat in the evening or sit while the kids play. Our deck building services create outdoor space around the house, while patios and pergolas add a structure for the area where you want to spend time.
We also undertake roof restorations, working on existing roofs where their condition calls for more than an isolated repair. This has a different purpose from adding living space, but it belongs to the same practical approach: look at what the property needs and choose the work accordingly.
Whether you're extending indoors or building outside, we'll listen to your priorities before quoting. You might have detailed plans or an idea you want to explore. Either is a useful place to begin.
Our Services
New Home Builds
Build a home around the rooms and features that matter to you. Our new home building services cover construction on your block, with the proposed work forming the basis of your quote.
Renovations & Extensions
Update an existing room or create space beyond the current floor plan. We undertake home renovations and extensions, including bathroom changes that improve how you use the home each day.
Roof Restorations
Give an ageing roof attention across more than one problem spot. Our roof restoration work focuses on its existing condition, with the roofing material and extent of wear guiding the work.
Decking
Step out from the house onto a space for meals, seating or time in the garden. Our deck construction brings these uses together in a layout that fits your property.
Roofing
Address damaged roofing or plan metal roofing for a building project. Our roofing services include repairs, with work shaped by the condition of the roof and the areas that need attention.
Pergolas & Patios
Make room outside for a table, seating or a shaded retreat. We build patios and pergolas, taking the available area and its connection to the house as the starting point.
